EPIK LEADERS hosts the 2nd edition of 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 in Dakhla 🇲🇦 on April 25, bringing together institutional and diplomatic stakeholders alongside young leaders to explore a central question: how to strengthen Africa’s influence by empowering its youth, as shifting global dynamics place African leadership at the forefront.
In partnership with Université Ibn Zohr, the event fosters dialogue, skills development, and strategic reflection on the continent’s future, under the theme:

Held in a territory that has emerged as a true diplomatic crossroads, the program includes:
- a plenary session on the nexus between academia, diplomacy, and territorial development
- workshops on negotiation, cultural intelligence, and digital diplomacy
- immersive networking between decision-makers and students
- a dinner-debate focused on concrete outcomes
The edition will also launch several key initiatives:
- the Epik Think Tank dedicated to African leadership
- a collective publication authored by emerging young leaders
- high-impact local initiatives spotlighted
